Petite actualisation :

- Le voilier commandé ne sera pas fabriqué par Damen (Pays-Bas) mais plutôt par le chantier de la société Stocznia Gdańsk (Pologne) dessiné par les ingénieurs. Sont les même chantiers qui ont construit le trois-mâts carré russe "Mir", un des plus beaux bateaux voiliers du monde ;

- Le bateau est un trois mâts barque est non pas trois mâts carré (pas de grande différence appart que le premier possède aux dernier mât une flèche et une brigantine à corne) ;

- Il sera imposant avec une longueur (hors-tout) de 100 m avec une coque en métal et un pont en bois, bien sûr...

- équipage déjà en formation en Pologne et qui intégrerons les autres futurs formateurs déjà passés par d'autres voiliers notamment le célèbre trois mâts carré italien Vespucci ;

- Dernièrement, pour les gens qui souhaite toujours avoir un Chebeck comme voilier-école, je le dis qu'il est impossible d'avoir ce genre de bateau comme une école flottante , Le Chebeck est un bateau à bancs, petit, léger et rapide, destiné pour les courses de l'époque, donc ...

Héhé... j'ai eu la confirmation y'a pas mal de temps, l'article confirme mes dires. Je me pose la question concernant la photo du voilier de l'article : est-il la version finale du projet

En fait, pour info, lors de l'appel d'offre pour la construction du voilier école algérien, la proposition française été elle aussi très solide, les français ont proposer un très beau voilier trois mâts carré pour la QJB. mais bon, Stocznia Gdańsk est un très très bon choix.
