The photo that i posted in my previous post is NGDS II of the Singaporean Navy. If those "things" are NGDS too they might be a newer version. The mass has also anti-topedo capability but it is not present on the algerian MEKO (as one can see on that prototype presented during Euronaval 2014). That's why I think they have choosen to also integrate the NGDS system or something that looks like. The current concept offers the possibility of launching up to four anti-torpedo decoys from a single MASS launcher. Existing launchers can be easily equipped with the new anti-torpedo upgrade kit without modification.
