1-The frigate "910" is now in the testing phase, It left Dock n°5 and completed a first test drive in Kiel harbor last Saturday.
2-The body of the second frigate has been assembled in dry dock n°7 of "German Naval Yards"
3-The contract includes the construction of a shipyard and the expansion of Oran base

In the coming weeks, the frigate of the type "Meko 200A" to begin sea trials. For their equipment has a 22-ton multi-purpose gun type 127 / 64LW. This type is also provided for the still under construction German frigates class 127. Furthermore, four short-range defense systems of the type "MASS" on board. Main armament are 16 missiles of the type "RBS15Mk3". In addition, the ship with light 30 millimeter MSI automatic cannons for close defense is stocked. For the defense of missiles and aircraft, a launch system was mounted with 32 launch shafts.

J'ai un doute sur le nombre des Umkhontos . En regardant bien l'image de la Meko en noir et blanc, il me semble qu'il y'a plus que 32 ???
Avis au spécialiste de photofiltre pour bien agrandir l'image.

J'ai un doute sur le nombre des Umkhontos . En regardant bien l'image de la Meko en noir et blanc, il me semble qu'il y'a plus que 32 ???
Avis au spécialiste de photofiltre pour bien agrandir l'image.

J’ai eu cette impression au début moi aussi mais aucun doute c'est 32 cellules pour 32 missiles ce sont les normes de VLS pour les frégate en général.

De toute façon vu la sécurité passoire des allemands les Israéliens ont déjà tous les plans...

Pour les systèmes électroniques bien sûr qu'ils les ont tous, maintenant je pense que ce qui les intéressent le plus c'est comment traiter une menace telle que la Meko, surtout l'aspect furtivité et signature et les caractéristiques du système de propulsion

Par contre si Kiel produit les 4 Meko A100 israéliennes, ça veut dire que les chantiers seront occupés pour un moment, et je ne voit pas comment ils pourraient se lancer dans un futur proche dans la prod des deux Meko A200 de l'option si celle ci est levée
