But... it seems there is another contract for non-Green versions (4). I do not know whether the 2nd contract is an amendment or an addendum to the early one.

Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $93,312,100 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is Dec. 31, 2016. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

The actual purchase contract must have been revised (hence modifications in the subsequent requests) to include 8 Green (@ $93M) and 4 USG-specs (@ $79M) and some of the above for a total tally of $405M, not $700M. May be.

Tunisia is a U.S. ally located on Africa’s northern coast.
Equipment for the training operations, which involve a private company contracted by the Army, began to arrive at the Roswell International Air Center (RIAC) the first week of August. The first group of Tunisian Air Force pilots and aircraft maintenance personnel arrived the following week. More than 70 pilots and flight crew are scheduled to rotate in and out of Roswell during the six months the training is taking place at RIAC.

Well no one is stupid in here, let's calm down guys. I didn't know about the contract changes. I was thinking that the 12 BH will be the upgraded version that's why I mentioned the $700 million first contract. My bad if I did insult anyone with my comment.
