Je me disais aussi qu'une caisse en V aurait due être pensée pour ce véhicule. Concernant l'autre véhicule chenillé je ne vois pas trop son utilité !? Vu qu'ils savent déjà fabriquer de plus lourds chars (Zulfikar) l'argument de l'expérimentation ne tient pas, c'est un mystère pour moi

Iran Says It Tested New Anti-Air Missile Defense

TEHRAN — Iran's Revolutionary Guards said Sept. 24 that it test fired medium-range surface-to-air missiles designed to knock attacking aircraft out of the sky at a range of 50 kilometers (30 miles).

The test of the new defense system, called Ra'ad (Thunder), was successful, according to a statement published on the Guards' official Sepah news website.

The Taer-2 missiles used in the Ra'ad system are domestically made and “more advanced” than the Russian-made Buk family of anti-air missiles, the Fars news agency reported.

Examples of the missile were displayed at a military parade in Tehran on Sept. 21, it said.

Iran has been talking up its military might in recent weeks, to counter bellicose rhetoric from its arch-foe Israel, which is threatening possible airstrikes on the Islamic republic's nuclear facilities.

Iran to Defend itself if Attacked by Israel - Ahmadinejad

06:43 GMT, September 25, 2012 MOSCOW | Iran would defend itself if Israel were to attack it, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said.

“Any nation has the right and will indeed defend herself,” Ahmadinejad said speaking through a translator in a wide-ranging interview that aired Monday on CNN's “Piers Morgan Tonight.”

“Why should the world be managed in such a way that an individual can allow himself to threaten a rich and deeply rooted historical, ancient country such as Iran?” the Islamic Republic’s leader said.

“A great country, such as Iran, based on an excuse of his own fabrication. ... Another country can say, 'I am guessing that country B is doing activity X, therefore I will attack that country' ... can this be ... a successful formula for the management of the world?” he asked.

Ahmadinejad was apparently referring to Iran's controversial nuclear program that the West led by the United States fears is aimed at building nuclear weapons, which Iran fiercely denies.

Asked whether he believed a military conflict with Israel was imminent, Ahmadinejad said: "The Zionists are very much … adventuresome, very much seeking to fabricate things, and I think they see themselves at the end of the line and I do firmly believe that they seek to create new opportunities for themselves and their adventurous behaviors." L'Iran teste son nouveau système de DCA (TV)

Lors d'exercices dans le golfe Persique, l'Iran a testé avec succès son nouveau système de défense aérienne composé de missiles sol-air de fabrication iranienne, a annoncé le corps d'élite des Gardiens de la révolution islamique dans un communiqué cité mardi par la chaîne télévisée Al Jazeera.
"Le système de moyenne portée Raad (Tonnerre) est capable d'intercepter des cibles aériennes à une distance de 50 km et à une altitude de plus de 22 km", précise le communiqué.
Le commandant de la Marine des Gardiens de la révolution Ali Fadavi a indiqué que lors des exercices dans le golfe Persique, l'Iran avait effectué un tir simultané de quatre missiles. "Les quatre missiles ont été tirés simultanément sur une grosse cible maritime. Au bout de 50 secondes, la cible a coulé", a affirmé le commandant.
Un comandant des Gardiens de la révolution, le général Amir Ali Hajizadeh, a annoncé que le système avait été mis au point pour lutter contre les avions de l'Armée de l'air américaine.
"Ce système de DCA a été mis au point par nos spécialistes afin d'obtenir une indépendance dans ce domaine", a souligné le général.

Iranian Army Unveils 2 New Home-Made Products

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Iranian Army Ground Force on Saturday unveiled a tactical vehicle and a sniper rifle, and said the two home-made military products will remarkably increase the army's combat capability.



Commander of the Iranian Army's Ground Force Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan unveiled Neinava tactical vehicle and Shaher 14.5mm sniper rifle in a ceremony at the Research and Self-Sufficiency Jihad Organization of the Iranian Army today.

The rifle is capable of targeting and destroying concrete strongholds, armored vehicles and choppers and will increase the depth of the Iranian forces' combat capability.

Neinava is a 2.5ton tactical vehicle which can carry a load of 5 tons and can be used in every tactical condition based on requirements of the ground forces and the country's climate conditions.

On Monday, Iran also unveiled a light armored vehicle and an armored personnel carrier as part of its broader plan for increasing mobility of its armed forces.

The light armored vehicle, Howeize, and Talaeiyeh armored infantry carrier were officially unveiled in a ceremony attended by Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi.

Speaking to reporters, Vahidi said that the newly unveiled vehicles produced by the Defense Industries Organization were a "great step" in increasing mobility and operational movement of the armed forces.

As regards the features of Howeize armored vehicle, Vahidi said that in addition to different military missions, the vehicle can be used at border posts and in anti-narcotic operations.

Earlier this month, the Iranian Armed Forces displayed the country's latest home-made military tools, weapons and equipments in large military parades in Tehran.

During the parades, the Iranian armed forces displayed different weapons and military tools and equipment, including different kinds of fighters, choppers, drones, ground-to-ground missiles, air-to-ground missiles, surface-to-surface missiles, tactical and armed vehicles, surface and underwater vessels, electronic and telecommunication equipment, light and mid-light weapons, different kinds of artillery and mortar-launchers, air defense systems and engineering and logistic equipment.

The Iranian Armed Forces have recently test-fired different types of newly-developed missiles and torpedoes and tested a large number of home-made weapons, tools and equipments during massive military drills.

Defense analysts and military observers say that Iran's wargames and its advancements in weapons production have proved as a deterrent factor, specially at a time of heightened threats by the US.

j'ai déjà lu ce genre d'infos et personnellement je n'y croit pas du tout, il y a quand même une sacrée différence entre un avion civil et militaire, et les opérateurs qui ne reconnaissent pas leurs propres avions qu'ils possèdent depuis plus de 30 ans il faut qu'on m'explique là !

L'Iran est prêt à acheter à la Russie des armes et du matériel de guerre pour un montant de 11 à 13 milliards de dollars, a annoncé vendredi le directeur du Centre d'analyse du commerce mondial d'armes Igor Korotchenko.
"L'Iran est voué à devenir un partenaire évident de la Russie. Ce pays est prêt à acheter prochainement des armes russes pour un montant de 11 à 13 milliards de dollars", a déclaré M. Korotchenko au terme d'une table ronde consacrée aux problèmes du Proche et Moyen Orient, qui s'est déroulée vendredi à RIA Novosti.
L'expert estime que le Conseil de sécurité de l'ONU a décrété les sanctions anti-iraniennes sous la pression des Etats-Unis.
