Россия поставит Алжиру 40 вертолетов Ми-28НЭ "Ночной охотник"


Москва. 18 марта. INTERFAX.RU - Алжир стал первым зарубежным покупателем российских вертолетов Ми-28НЭ "Ночной охотник" с двойным управлением, сообщил в пятницу "Интерфаксу" источник в структурах, занимающихся экспортом вооружений.

"Контракт на поставку порядка 40 машин этого типа подписан", - сказал собеседник агентства, не уточнив даты заключения сделки.

По его словам, "Ночной охотник" с двойным управлением был разработан "по просьбе заказчика".

Как ранее сообщили в пресс-службе "Вертолетов России", "новый вертолет отличается от обычного Ми-28НЭ наличием двойной системы пилотирования, позволяющей управлять машиной как из кабины летчика, так и из кабины летчика-оператора".

Программа модернизации Ми-28НЭ в вариант Ми-28НЭ с двойным управлением была реализована "Роствертолом" совместно с Московским вертолетным заводом имени Миля. В 2014 году был изготовлен опытный образец Ми-28НЭ с двойным управлением. В конце 2015 года завершились государственные совместные испытания.

В числе наиболее значимых достоинств Ми-28НЭ с двойным управлением - высокая маневренность, возможность круглосуточного применения, высокая огневая мощь, повышенная живучесть.

В "Рособоронэкспорте" традиционно не комментируют контракты, заключаемые по линии военно-технического сотрудничества с Алжиром.

La Russie va livrer à l’Algérie 40 Mi-28NE "Chasseur de nuit"


Moscou. 18 mars. INTERFAX.RU - l'Algérie est devenue le premier acheteur étranger du Mi-28 NE russe "Night Hunter" à double commandes, a déclaré vendredi pour "Interfax" une source dans les structures impliquées dans les exportations d'armes.

"Le contrat pour la fourniture de 40 machines de ce type a été signé," - dit la source, sans préciser la date de la transaction.

Selon lui, le "Night Hunter" double commandes a été développé " sur la demande du client."

Comme indiqué précédemment dans le service de presse de "Hélicoptères de Russie", " le nouvel hélicoptère se distingue de l'habituel Mi-28NE par la présence de doubles systèmes de pilotage qui permet de contrôler la machine à la fois de la cabine du pilote ainsi que de la cabine du pilote-opérateur."

Le programme de modernisation du Mi-28NE à la version Mi-28NE avec doubles commandes a été mis en œuvre, par l’usine de "Rostvertol" conjointement avec l'usine d'hélicoptères Mil de Moscou. En 2014, a été fait un prototype de la Mi-28NE avec doubles commandes. À la fin de 2015 se sont achevés les essais ou testes de l'Etat qui ont été réalisés aussiconjointement .

Parmi les avantages les plus significatifs de Mi-28NE avec doubles commandes - les grandes possibilités de manœuvres, la possibilité d’utilisation à n’importer quelle heure du jour et de la nuit, la grande puissance de feu, et la longévité augmentée.

A "Rosoboronexport" traditionnellement on ne fait pas de commentaires sur les contrats conclus ni sur la coopération militaro-technique avec l'Algérie.

Il était temps que cet hélico arrive en Algerie. Cependant, c'était pas 42 au lieu de 40 hélico le chiffre habituellement utilisé pour parler de ce contrat ? Y a peut etre une erreur dans le dernier article.

Il est possible que la commande ait été faite en deux fois, un premier lot de 2 pour la mise au point des spec (genre de protos de présérie) et une deuxième une fois les tests finis et le contrat validé pour le reste.

Je dis ça parcequ'il y a le 915 et le 916 qui portent le camo "Algerian Desert" et que l'apparition du troisième hélico coïncide avec cette nouvelle annonce.

Algeria to get dual-control Mi-28 helicopters

The Mil Mi-28NE Night Hunter attack helicopters that Algeria has ordered will have dual controls, the Interfax news agency cited a source in Russia's arms export structures as saying on 18 March.

The source said the dual-control variant had been specifically developed for Algeria and that the North African country has ordered about 40 Mi-28NEs. The Russian media has previously reported that Algeria ordered 42 Mi-28NE attack helicopters.

Russian Helicopters announced on 16 March that its Rostvertol plant had begun mass production of dual-control Mi-28NEs but did not identify the customer.

It said all the controls are duplicated in the new version, meaning both crew members can operate the weapon and countermeasures, as well as fly the helicopter.

Journalists were shown a Mi-28NE with dual controls when they visited Rostvertol plant on 16 March. On that day the TASS news agency quoted Rostvetol's deputy managing director Vadim Barannikov as saying that the Russian Ministry of Defence was expected to order a dual-control Mi-28UB training variant in the near future that will be similar to the dual-control Mi-28NE export version.

Algeria will be the third Mi-28N operator after Iraq and Russia. Barannikov said "two or three" other countries are currently in negotiations to buy the attack helicopter and that the new dual-control version should help attract more custom

First export batch of Mi-28NEs with dual-control technology to be delivered in April



Russia will deliver the first export batch of Mil Mi-28NE helicopters with the dual-control technology to a foreign customer in April, a source in the Russian defense and industrial sector told TASS on Wednesday. "The Rostvertol Enterprise, [part of Russian Helicopters rotorcraft maker], has started serially producing Mi-28NE helicopters with the dual-control technology," the source said

"The Rostvertol Enterprise will deliver the first batch of Mi-28NE helicopters [to a foreign customer] in April," the source added.

According to the source, an Antonov An-124-100 Ruslan plane will deliver the first batch of four Mi-28NE helicopters to the foreign customer.

The source did not specify the country that would receive Mi-28NE helicopters with the dual-control technology.

However, according to data of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), Russia is officially delivering Mi-28NE helicopters to Iraq and Algeria. In 2013, Algeria signed a contract for purchasing 42 Russian-made Mi-28NE helicopters with the dual-control technology, while Iraq is receiving organic Mi-28NE helicopters.

The Mi-28NE helicopter with the dual-control technology has better combat efficiency and survivability characteristics and makes it easier to train pilots. The helicopter can be operated either from the pilot or the instructor cabin. The modernised Mi-28NE prototype with dual controls, increased cockpit working size and modern energy-absorbing seats was produced in 2014, with testing completed at the end of 2015.

All Mi-28NE helicopters with the dual-control technology are furnished with night-vision systems.

Non c'est connu sur les Mi-28, mais j'avoue là le phénomène est accru par le contraste avec le camo clair. Mais c'est de la suie, ça se nettoie, c'est dur à nettoyer mais ça se fait

a chaque fois , Q'un vol est programmé et surtout dans les jours a venir apres livraison , un nouveau job sera installé a cause de ces echappements des moteurs , pour nettoyer la queue de l'helico peut etre qu'ils vont penser a changer le camo en gris mat
