Bon bah voila qui vient a point nomme pour rassurer sur les 2 Mekos produites localement en plus de la modernisation d'un chantier naval.

Sinon niveau armement:

Les missiles surface to surface RBS15 Mk III sont les derniers nés de la gamme et ont la possibilité d'être utilise contre des cibles a terre. Leur portee est de 200km. Les F-125 allemandes seront équipées de la version MkIV en cours de développement et qui aura une portée de 1000km


Les MLG27 équipent aussi les F-125.

voilà donc qui clôt la question des FREMM-IT.... c'est bel et bien uniquement les Meko qui équiperont les QBJ.... les italiens ont déjà gagné le contrat des deux LPD c'est pas mal en soit, sans oublier les navires avitailleurs..

Pour moi ce qui est important au dela des frégates MEKO, c'est bien le programme de modernisation des chantiers navals de Mers El Kebir. Sans outil national de maintenance, rénovation, fabrication, intégration, développement point de marine nationale digne de ce nom. Le fait que ce soit les allemands qui ont remporté le tender des frégates est une sérieuse indication que c'est l'excellence dans le domaine de la mécanique, de la sidérurgie et de l'industrie navale qui a été choisie. C'est dire l'importance qu'attache le CFN à l'élargissement des capacités de ce chatier naval qui doit pouvoir à terme etre capable de recevoir l'ensemble des navires de notre flotte pour de la maintenance ou des mises à niveau de notre choix pourvu que nous maitrisions les process d'intégration spécifiques à la marine militaire. Lorsque l'on voit le nombre de nos futurs navires, il nous faut un chantier naval avec des docks élargies et des créations de nouveaux docks. L'élargissement des savoir faire à Mers El Kebir est la seule garantie d'une flotte navale pérenne et durable.

je pense la force conjuguée des LPDs eux mêmes ainsi que les Meko avec éventuellement (et je l’espère) les Tigrs si on voit le bout du tunnel les concernant.

Pour être honnête je pense que les italiens ont voulu la jouer fine jusqu'au bout, en voulant garder le plan de charge initial de leurs chantiers navals qui devaient construire 10 FREMM-IT... la marine italienne devait tout prendre, mais les 4 derniers navires ont été annulés. C'est pour ça qu'Ils ont ensuite démarché les saouds, les grecques puis nous avec les bons auspices de Berlusconi mais vu que ce dernier s'est fait éjecté

Les allemands eux c'était clair les meko c'est pour le client export pas pour eux (ils ont déjà les F-125) donc ils avaient plus de marge... de plus le tonnage des meko A200 DZ correspond parfaitement à l'appel d'offre de 2007 qui concernait 4 navires de 3500 à 4000 tonnes. Les navires sont clairement destinés à la lutte ASW et AShW avec la conjonction des 6 hélicos.

Accordingly, Algerian sailors will be initiated by the German Navy in the handling of German frigates - on the high seas and in Germany as well. This costs Algeria 12 million Euros.

Ça c'est un point très important Anzar, parce que la France par exemple délègue la formation des équipages étrangers à une autre entreprise, alors que dans le cas de l'Allemagne nos marins suivront la même formation que les marins allemands sur des navires qui appartiennent à la marine allemande.

Germany to train Algerian navy personnel

The Germany Navy has signed a contract with Algeria to train its naval personnel in ship and helicopter operations, according to the German Defence Ministry. The training is believed to form part of Algeria’s recent acquisition of two Meko frigates.

The training will take place in Germany and at sea and will involve 16 Germany Navy training personnel, who will train their Algerian counterparts between 2013 and 2017, reports Germany’s Bild. Training will take place aboard Algeria’s frigates from 2017. Algeria will pay the €12 million cost of training.

On March 26 this year, Algeria’s ministry of defence ordered two Meko A200 frigates from ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TKMS). The contract, No. 674/889, was signed after a year of negotiations. In 2008 Forecast International reported that Algeria was seeking to acquire four new frigates.

TKMS will supply two Meko 200 frigates and six AgustaWestland Super Lynx helicopters under the contract, which, according to Bild, is worth more than €400 million.

Algeria is in the process of expanding its navy in recent years as it faces problems such as smuggling, illegal migration and indigenous terrorism. These threats mainly affect Algeria's harbours and maritime communication routes and ships passing through the Straits of Gibraltar. Consequently, the Algerian Navy maintains a well-trained and well-equipped fleet to provide security to more than 1000 km of coastline.

In May it emerged that Algeria had signed a contract with China Shipbuilding Trading Company for three light frigates. They will be built either at Guangzhou or the Shanghai Huangpu Shipyard. The vessels will displace around 2 800 tons fully loaded, and will be powered by MTU diesel engines.

In the middle of last year it was announced that Algeria had signed a deal with Russia’s United Shipbuilding Corporation and state arms exporter Rosoboronexport for two new Tiger class corvettes. The Tiger corvette (Project 20382) is an export model of the Project 20380 Steregushchy class, which is the Russian Navy’s newest corvette class.

The vessel can be equipped with a variety of weaponry, including 100 or 76.2 mm guns, 14.5 mm machine guns, 533 mm torpedoes and a variety of surface-to-air and surface-to-surface missiles (e.g. P-800 Oniks, Uran-E or Yakhont). In addition, the vessels have capacity for a helicopter.

According to the IISS’s The Military Balance 2012, Algeria’s surface fleet comprises of three 1970s-era Koni class antisubmarine frigates, six corvettes, 22 patrol and coastal combat vessels, three amphibious vessels and three logistics and support ships.

In June 2006 Rosoboronexport signed a contract with the Algerian Navy for the construction of two Project 636 Improved Kilo class submarines under a roughly US$400 million contract.

Construction of the first submarine started in 2006 and the second began in 2007. They were handed over to the Algerian Navy in March and September 2010 where they joined two Project 877EKM Kilo diesel electric submarines, which Algeria received in 1987-1988.

Russia is presently upgrading a Nanuchka II class corvette and a Koni II class frigate for the Algerian Navy and will hand them over in July. Algeria and the Severnaya Verf shipyard signed a contract in 2007 for the overhaul of three warships of each class. Russia delivered the first pair, consisting of a Project 1234E Nanuchka II class corvette (Rais Hamidou) and a Project 1159T Koni II class frigate (Mourad Rais), to Algeria in February 2011.

أفادت مصادر تشتغل على ملف العلاقات الجزائرية-الفرنسية بأن زيارة الرئيس فرانسوا هولاند منتظرة في أكتوبر المقبل وتتضمن حوالي خمسة ملفات كبرى وحساسة، تشمل الذاكرة والتعاون الاقتصادي والسياسي وشراكة صناعية للدفاع والأمن، ويرتقب أن تسفر الزيارة عن نتائج ملموسة في محاولة من باريس لضمان تطبيع العلاقات على محور باريس والجزائر.

أوضحت نفس المصادر لـ''الخبر''، أن التحضير الجيد للزيارة هي التي دفعت السلطات الفرنسية إلى تفضيل تأخيرها لضمان تحقيق أقصى النتائج الممكنة، مع تكفل العديد من الوزارات ''الخارجية والدفاع والداخلية'' للملفات التي ستطرح في جدول أعمال زيارة الرئيس الفرنسي فوانسوا هولاند.

وحسب نفس المصادر، فإن أهم الملفات التي سيتم تناولها خلال زيارة هولاند هي الخلاف المتعلق بالأملاك العقارية الفرنسية، والتي سبق لوزير الخارجية الفرنسي لوران فابيوس أن طرحها خلال زيارته للجزائر، وتسوية الملفات الاقتصادية الاستثمارية العالقة، ومخلفاتها من بينها ملفات صانوفي أفانتيس ولافارج وتوتال، إضافة إلى اتفاقية 1968، حيث يرتقب ضمان الاستفادة من المزايا المنصوص عليها في اتفاقية إيفيان، وقضية الأرشيف الجزائري، مع اتفاق منتظر لتسليم جزء منه إلى الطرف الجزائري. وفي نفس السياق، سيكون ملف إرساء شراكة صناعية عسكرية أمنية مدمجة من بين الأهداف المتوخاة من الزيارة، حيث تشمل الشراكة تأطير عملية العصرنة للجيش الجزائري والتنسيق الأمني والتعاون خاصة في المجال البحري، مع ارتقاب الحسم في صفقة الفرقاطات التي تمكن فرنسا والجزائر من اعتماد شراكة صناعية في هذا المجال وضمان التكوين.

على صعيد متصل، لاحظت نفس المصادر أن ملف اتفاقية 1968، سيركز على الحفاظ على المزايا والمكاسب التي استفاد منها الجزائريون، حيث تضمن الاتفاقية التي تشمل ''تنقل الأشخاص والتشغيل وإقامة الرعايا الجزائريين داخل التراب الفرنسي'' مع مراعاة الملاحق التي تم التوقيع عليها في 22 ديسمبر 1985 و28 سبتمبر 1994 المعدلين لاتفاق 27 ديسمبر 1968 لضمان التقريب بين النظام الخاص للجزائريين والقانون العام، بما في ذلك آليات وشروط الإقامة للجزائريين، وإضفاء ليونة أكبر على سياسة التأشيرات وإقامة الطلبة الجزائريين، حيث سبق لحكومة الاشتراكي ليونال جوسبان أن وعد في 1998 بتحسين وضع الجزائريين، إلا أن تعديل الأمر الصادر في 2 نوفمبر 1945 بقانون 11 ماي 1998 فيما يعرف بقانون ''ريسيدا'' الذي صاغها وزير الداخلية جان بيار شوفانمون ضاعف من التمييز القائم لغير صالح الجزائريين.

ويرتقب أن تسمح زيارة هولاند -حسب مصادر متطابقة- بإعادة التوازن في هذا الملف من خلال التأكيد على أولوية الاتفاق الثنائي الجزائري الفرنسي على القانون الداخلي فيما يتعلق بشروط الدخول والإقامة للجزائريين التي تتوافق مع الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان، ويسري الأمر أيضا على مسألة الحماية الاجتماعية التي كانت محل اتفاق في الأول أكتوبر 1980 والتي ستكرس أولوية الاتفاق الدولي الثنائي على القوانين الداخلية الفرنسية، وبالتالي حفاظ الجزائريين على مزايا ومكاسب الاتفاقية، مع الإشارة أن التعديلات والملاحق التي مست اتفاقية 1968 تمت معظمها في فترة حكومات اشتراكية وكان آخرها ذلك المسجل في جويلية 2001 في فترة حكومة ليونال جوسبان ووزير الداخلية دانيال فايون.

وستشكل الملفات الكبرى التي سيطرحها هولاند خلال زيارته نقطة ارتكاز في محاولة تطبيع العلاقات الثنائية وإبعادها من مرحلة التشنج والاحتقان التي عرفتها خلال فترة الرئيس اليميني نيكولا ساركوزي، ويرتقب أن يكون الرئيس مصحوبا بأهم وزرائه منهم الخارجية لوران فابيوس والاقتصاد والمالية بيار موسكوفيتسي والداخلية مانويل فالس والدفاع جون ايف لودريان.
